No. Casa Esmeralda is a collection of individually designed accommodations rather than a hotel. Guests enjoy the privacy and independence of their own accommodation. Daily housekeeping and towel changes are therefore not included, but fresh linens and towels are provided for every stay.

Casa Esmeralda is primarily designed for adults. The historic architecture, stairs, terraces and outdoor areas were not designed with young children in mind.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all apartments. Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor areas, including terraces and patios. Ashtrays must be used at all times. Cigarette ends must never be disposed of in planters, courtyards or any other area of the property and must be discarded outside Casa Emeralda. Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional cleaning charges.
